This range of DNA Ladders are specially prepared as ready-to-load fluorescent ladders.
The Flurobronze PCR Ladder contains in addition to the tracking dye, a non-carcinogenic nucleic acid stain. The ladder should be loaded onto an agarose gel (of appropriate concentration) containing no fluorescent dye.
This size marker has been designed to cover the most common range encountered in PCR amplifications.
This range is represented by aesthetically pleasing ladder of five bands (50, 150, 300, 500 and 800 bp) that separate uniformly as shown.
A vial of 6X FluroBronze Stain is also included in the pack.
