The new range of DNA ladders are specially prepared as ready-to-load fluorescent ladders.
The Flurobronze 1kb Ladder Plus contains in addition to the tracking dye, a non-carcinogenic nucleic acid stain. The ladder should be loaded onto an agarose gel (of appropriate concentration) containing no fluorescent dye.
The 1kb Ladder Plus is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to 10,000 base pairs. The ladder consists of 15 linear double-stranded fragments – 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 700, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000, 10000bp.
A vial of 6X FluroBronze Stain is also included in the pack.
