This range of DNA Markers is specially prepared as ready-to-load fluorescent markers.
The FluroBronze Hi-Range DNA Marker contains in addition to the tracking dye, a non-carcinogenic nucleic acid stain. The marker should be loaded onto an Agarose gel (of appropriate concentration) containing no fluorescent dye. The stain contained in the marker replaces Ethidium Bromide, thus eliminating its addition to the gel.
This marker range is useful for experiments involving mega plasmids or genomic analysis. It consists of seven double-stranded fragments – 2.0 to 25kb.
A vial of 6X FluroBronze Stain is also included in the pack.
