Ready-to-use 1kb DNA ladder is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments from 500bp-10kb.
Composed of ten chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments, mostly at intervals of 1000bp. All bands (except 2kb and 5kb) are supplied at approximately 40ng/5_l. The 2kb and 5kb bands have increased intensity relative to the other bands to serve as references.
The pack is accompanied by a vial of 6X Orange Loading Dye.
