This is a pre-mixed loading buffer with a single tracking dye for Agarose and non-denaturing Poylacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis.
The buffer contains Bromophenol Blue as the standard tracking dye for electrophoresis, an Editic acid salt for chelating divalent metal ions to inhibit metal-dependent nucleases and a simple polyol compound to increase the density of the sample when mixed with it.
